About the job Financial Executive - BANCASSURANCE SALES (NATIONWIDE)

The candidate will be responsible for promoting Bancassurance products in Bank branches to existing and new customers, delivering set targets and performing pre and post sales activities. Candidate is also required to maintain cohesive customer relationships by conducting daily customer follow-ups in enhancing business performance. In addition, candidate is required to perform routine administrative functions related to the daily processes.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch targets.
  • Focus on the walk-in customers and tap into the banks database to promote banking products (Bancassurance) to the clients.
  • Conduct fact finding, need analysis for clients and ensure prompt advice and solutions are offered to clients.
  • Deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service.
  • Disciplined tracking of all sales activities
  • Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
  • Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects for sales
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
  • Build business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up‑selling activities
  • Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline with extensive Sales working experience. SPM holders with extensive Sales Background are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience with proven results.
  • Open for banking/non-financial industry candidates.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraging to apply.
  • Strong interest in financial planning and investment, and passionate about sales
  • Possess proven track sales record.
  • Experience in sales and customer service would be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transportation and prepared to travel as and when required.
