Job summary

Jinmeng Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the Group's financial management, including SPVs, and to strengthen management accounting and financial controls. The role requires driving budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management across the organization.

Ideal candidate has extensive experience in manufacturing or trading sectors, with 8+ years in finance and at least 3 years in a leadership role, plus professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/MIA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Australia, MIA, or equivalent are preferred.
• At least eight years of relevant finance experience, including a minimum of three years in a financial management role.
• Experience in trading, manufacturing, mining, or group companies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian company law, SSM requirements, taxation, auditing, and coordination with corporate secretarial firms.
• Proficient in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, internal controls, and banking matters.
• Able to liaise independently with banks, auditors, tax advisers, and corporate secretarial firms.
• Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead an accounting team and establish standardised financial processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial management of the Group and its related SPVs.
• Establish and enhance the Group's management accounting and financial management framework.
• Prepare management reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses.
• Coordinate audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters.
• Support bank financing, investor KYC requirements, and finance-related matters for the Board of Directors.
• Manage and train the finance team while continuously improving financial processes.
