Job summary

Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad is expanding its agency footprint in Klang Valley, seeking dedicated individuals for client-facing sales and advisory roles. You will understand clients’ financial needs, recommend insurance and protection solutions, and build a personal client portfolio through prospecting and referrals.

Progression into agency management is possible as you develop leadership skills, with strong training and mentorship supporting your journey toward sales targets and rewards.

Qualifications

• Based in Klang Valley
• Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Self-motivated with drive to meet sales targets
• Sales experience is advantageous but not required
• Open to sales and client acquisition and willing to undergo training

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs
• Recommend suitable insurance and financial protection solutions
• Build your own client portfolio through prospecting, networking and referrals
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing service
• Work towards individual sales and business development targets
• Develop leadership skills with opportunities to progress into agency management
