Atomic Recruitment SEA is partnering with a well-established, internationally connected organisation in the manufacturing sector to identify a talented finance professional for a pivotal Shared Services role.

You will work at the intersection of financial analysis, cost management, business partnering, and process transformation, contributing directly to business performance while helping shape more efficient and effective finance operations.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or CFA qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of manufacturing costs, financial reporting, and commercial finance.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Financial Analysis: Analyse financial performance, profitability, cash flow, and variances to support business decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Costing & Pricing: Maintain standard costing processes and ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Management Reporting: Deliver financial reports and insights to support performance improvement.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across finance operations.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise costs and business performance.
