Qualifications
- Degree in accounting/finance or professional qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant financial analysis and business partnering experience.
- Experience in FMCG/manufacturing multinational environment preferred.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Willing to travel nationally up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Participate in business partnering with commercial and operations.
- Support budget, rolling forecast preparation and monthly variance analysis.
- Involved in the month-end closing process.
- Develop and leverage data sources and provide dashboards/reports.
- Check source data to verify completeness and enhance accuracy.
- Custodian and reviewer for incentive tabulation and submission.
- Ad-hoc analysis and tasks as required.
