Position Overview

This is not an in-house finance role.

This is a trusted advisory position for finance professionals who want exposure, authority, and income growth — without being confined to one company or one industry.

You’ll advise multi-entity, cross-border clients, including regulated and confidentiality-sensitive businesses, helping founders and leadership teams build, fix, and scale their financial foundations.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Own end-to-end financial structures for client portfolios
• Design accounting policies, controls, and reporting frameworks
• Handle group consolidation & cross-border financial reporting
• Build financial models for decision-making and risk planning
• Prepare clients for audits, compliance, and regulatory reviews
• Advise on ERP/accounting systems and lead implementations
• Work directly with founders, CFOs, auditors, and regional teams

Hands‑on + advisory hybrid. No theory‑only roles.

What You Will Bring

• Degree in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Accounting / Finance (ACCA / CPA strongly preferred)
• Degree in Economic Studies will be added advantages
• 8–12 years solid accounting / finance / advisory experience
• Full set of accounts experience (mandatory)
• Experience with Financial & Accounting Project Management Advisory preferred
• Group consolidation / multi-entity exposure
• Strong IFRS & regional GAAP knowledge
• Confident English & Mandarin communication to deal with Mandarin
• Willing to travel locally & overseas when required (25–50%)
