• Experience leading finance transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes within an Accounting & Finance function.
• Ability to assess workflows and translate findings into improvement plans.
• Experience coordinating change activities across internal teams.
• Ability to track deliverables, manage priorities and communicate progress.
• Confidence documenting processes and supporting adoption of new ways of working.
