Job summary

Swiss Re is seeking a finance professional in Kuala Lumpur to support a finance transformation, focusing on decommissioning a sub-ledger and moving to a new system landscape. You will ensure data integrity, assist in report redevelopment, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

In addition to project work, you will provide BAU finance operations support, including quarterly close, reporting, and audits, while developing new processes and controls for the transformed environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Experience with reconciliations, reporting processes and finance operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with finance systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Decommission legacy sub-ledger and support migration to the new system landscape.
• Validate data integrity, reconciliations and data sets during the migration process.
• Redevelop and test reports in the new system environment; validate business requirements.
