Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to bridge Finance and AI engineering teams. The role focuses on identifying transformation opportunities, designing AI-native solutions, and deploying AI Agents and Intelligent Workplaces across RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, and other finance domains.

The ideal candidate blends finance domain expertise, solution architecture capability, AI product thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or IT or related discipline.
• 5-8 years' experience delivering Finance Transformation or Digital Transformation projects end-to-end.
• Experience with SAP Finance, Oracle ERP, or other enterprise finance platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points; identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Translate business requirements into AI solution designs and roadmaps; drive adoption and value realization.
• Lead deployment of Accounting Workplace and Finance Agent solutions; monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, AI Engineers, and Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Transformation Consultant to bridge the gap between Finance business teams and AI engineering teams. The role is responsible for identifying finance transformation opportunities, designing AI-native solutions, and driving successful deployment of AI Agents and Intelligent Workplaces across accounting, treasury, PTP, OTC, RTR, and other finance domains.

The ideal candidate combines finance domain expertise, solution architecture capability, AI product thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Business Transformation Leadership

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven process transformation
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation roadmaps
• Drive adoption and value realization of AI solutions.

AI Solution Design

• Design Finance AI Agents and Intelligent Workplaces
• Define end-to-end business workflows, user journeys, and operating models
• Collaborate with engineers to build scalable AI solutions
• Support rapid prototyping and proof-of-value activities.

Finance Domain Expertise Covering Major Finance Functions

• Record to Report (RTR)
• Procure to Pay (PTP)
• Order to Cash (OTC)
• Treasury Management
• Financial Planning Analysis (FPA)
• Tax Compliance
• Shared Services / GBS Operations.

AI Agent Deployment

• Lead deployment of Accounting Workplace and Finance Agent solutions
• Drive AI Agent adoption across finance operations
• Optimize Human-Agent collaboration models
• Monitor business outcomes and continuous improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with: o Finance Teams o Data Teams o AI Engineers o Enterprise Architects o External Partners
• Ensure solution alignment across business and technology stakeholders

Required Qualifications Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance Or IT or Related discipline
• 5-8 years relevant experience in delivering Finance Transformation, ERP Consulting, Finance Systems, or Digital Transformation projects end-end.
• Experience working with SAP Finance, Oracle ERP, or other enterprise finance platforms
• Experience delivering business transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
