Nufarm Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Systems Specialist to join our Global Finance team. You’ll provide first-line support for Oracle EPM applications, focusing on PBCS and FCCS to improve budgeting, forecasting and reporting across our global operations.
This role combines technical finance IT work with business partnering: troubleshoot issues, develop Groovy calculations, drive automation, and collaborate with Group FP&A and stakeholders to deliver practical system improvements.

We’re looking for a technically capable and customer-focused Finance Systems Specialist to join our Global Finance team based in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity to support and enhance Nufarm’s Enterprise Performance Management systems and enable high-quality financial planning, reporting and analysis across our global business.
This is primarily a production-support role in which you’ll act as both a technical specialist and finance business partner. You’ll provide first-line support for Oracle EPM applications, maintain system stability and troubleshoot system-related issues for users across global teams and time zones. You’ll also contribute to development and system-enhancement work as part of continuous improvement, partnering with Group FP&A, Group Finance and corporate functional leaders to improve reporting, budgeting, forecasting and scenario-analysis capabilities.

Provide first-line support for Oracle EPM applications, with a particular focus on PBCS and FCCS and exposure to TRCS and Narrative Reporting.
Triage, manage and resolve user support tickets within agreed service levels.
Investigate and resolve job failures, data discrepancies and other system issues.
Support end users with system-related queries, guidance and training.
Perform monthly and annual system rollovers, maintenance and administration activities.
Monitor system performance, stability and data integrity.
Partner with Group Finance and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver system enhancements.
Develop and maintain Oracle EPM calculations and scripts using advanced Groovy capability.
Drive automation and process optimisation across finance systems.
Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and the implementation of new tools, features and best practices.
Improve reporting, forecasting, planning and scenario-analysis capabilities.
Translate business and reporting requirements into practical system improvements for users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
Collaborate with Oracle Support and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve system performance.
You are a technically capable finance systems professional who combines strong Oracle EPM expertise with a practical understanding of financial planning, consolidation, budgeting and reporting. You enjoy solving problems, supporting users and improving the way finance teams work.
You communicate complex information clearly and can work effectively with global stakeholders who have different levels of technical knowledge. You are organised, action-oriented and comfortable balancing day-to-day support priorities with development and continuous-improvement activities.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology or a related discipline.
A minimum of two years’ or more relevant experience implementing, supporting or managing Oracle EPM applications.
Strong hands-on experience with PBCS and FCCS, with exposure to TRCS and Narrative Reporting. Hands-on experience across all four modules is not required.
Advanced Oracle EPM calculation-scripting capability, including Groovy.
Experience with finance systems integration, automation and system administration.
Experience troubleshooting application issues, job failures and data discrepancies.
Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives, particularly in planning and forecasting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
Advanced Excel skills, including Smart View, macros and Power Query.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate reporting requirements into system improvements.
Ability to support users and collaborate with stakeholders across global teams and time zones.
Advanced experience across Oracle EPM applications, including PBCS, FCCS, TRCS and Narrative Reporting.
Experience across both Oracle EPM implementation and production-support environments.
Exposure to cloud-based finance systems and emerging technologies.
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
Experience developing advanced financial reports and delivering system enhancements.
Previous experience in a similar finance systems role.
