Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Finance Korean Speaker to join a multinational shared services team in Kuala Lumpur, supporting finance operations for the Korean market and collaborating with regional stakeholders.

In this role you will manage Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions, ensure timely processing, and act as the Korean-speaking liaison with customers, vendors and internal teams, driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Korean and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in P2P, I2C/O2C and shared services finance operations.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in an MNC/shared services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support finance operations for the Korean market in a shared services environment.
• Manage transactional activities across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable or related finance processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Act as a key contact for Korean-speaking stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues while maintaining service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy and support reporting activities where required.
