Job summary

Air Liquide Business Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur offers a Finance Shared Service Center role focusing on AP/AR, GL, and reporting. The candidate will drive financial accuracy, governance, and process improvements within a dynamic, multinational team.

Requirements include a Finance/Accounting degree, business English and Japanese proficiency, and experience with SAP or Oracle. Hybrid work arrangement and strong development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Business-level English and Japanese (written and spoken).
JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent exposure preferred; native Japanese welcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Google tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage and process accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely collections.
Reconcile balances with the general ledger and maintain accuracy.
Prepare financial reports and perform variance analyses.
Support month-end/year-end close and audit readiness.
Identify process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.
Participate in ad hoc financial analyses and special projects.
