Job summary

Boustead Properties Berhad seeks a senior finance professional to oversee the Group's reporting team. You will lead consolidation and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting in line with approved standards.

The role involves managing the group’s financial statements, budgets, projections, and monthly reports, with collaboration across departments and interaction with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, banking, investment or financial management.
• Experience with group reporting and consolidation is preferred.
• Experience liaising with external auditors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidation for the Group.
• Manage and oversee the financial reporting process across the organisation.
• Lead, guide, allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee preparation of group reporting, financial statements, annual budget, financial projections and monthly management reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial data.
