Job summary

Averis is seeking a junior to mid-level finance professional to support monthly closing, statutory reporting, and Bank Negara Malaysia submissions. You will assist in governance, compliance, and tax matters, prepare funding documents, and help with KYC/UBO documentation while strengthening financial processes.

You may also handle ad hoc legal and treasury requests, contributing to regional operations across Bangsar South or USJ 1 Subang Jaya.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A.
• Exposure to multi-entity or regional operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Bangsar South, KL or USJ 1 Subang Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly closing and statutory reports.
• Assist in quarterly Bank Negara Malaysia reporting.
• Support statutory, audit, company secretarial, and tax requirements.
• Prepare funding documents, share subscription notices, and related resolutions.
• Submit e-invoices and handle related matters.
• Support the preparation of KYC, UBO, and other compliance documents.
• Assist in strengthening financial processes and reporting systems.
• Support ad hoc requests, including legal, treasury, and other matters.
