DKSH is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance to ensure accurate accounting and reporting across Business Units in Malaysia and Brunei. You will oversee postings, controls, and monthly/year-end close, coordinating with BPO and FBP teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years' experience, with SAP and MS Office proficiency. You will drive process improvements, support audits, and assist with regulatory compliance and potential M&A

Formación

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of SAP and internal controls is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day financial accounting activities with strong internal controls.
• Review and enhance accounting processes for data integrity and efficiency.
• Manage finance operations for assigned Business Units ensuring policy compliance.
• Coordinate across BPO, FBP and operations to resolve complex accounting matters.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit monthly close and year-end reporting packages.
• Lead end-to-end accounting and reporting, including audits and statutory filings.
• Support audit queries and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Assist M&A activities and system upgrades with proper documentation.
• Drive key accounting topics and mentor the team; continue self-learning.
