Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; exposure to financial systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning cycles.
• Assist in maintaining planning models and data inputs within financial systems such as Anaplan.
• Prepare and maintain regular financial reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business unit performance tracking.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including budget vs actual variance analysis.
• Assist in compliance reviews and remediation actions to uphold internal controls.
• Provide day-to-day financial support to business units, tracking performance against budget and forecast.
• Assist in financial evaluation of commercial activities like pricing strategies, promotions, tenders, and product launches.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
