Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd seeks a Finance Project Management Intern to support the finance core team in coordinating end-to-end financial project execution.

You will assist with cross-departmental alignment between finance, business, operations and tech, collect financial data, track budgets and costs, and compile regular project financial reports to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields; available full-time for internship at least 3-6 months.
• Basic knowledge of corporate finance concepts (budgeting, cost control, AP/AR preferred).
• Familiar with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, data sorting).
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end financial project execution for internal initiatives.
• Assist with cross-departmental alignment between finance, business, operations and tech teams.
• Collect and verify project-related financial data including budgets and expenses; update cost tracking.
• Support monthly/quarterly financial project reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to collect required financial documents and resolve delays.
• Organize project contract filing and reimbursement paperwork in line with finance policies.
• Perform ad-hoc finance and project administrative tasks as needed.
