Dentsu Group Inc. is offering a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Finance Process, Systems & Change Manager. The role leads a strategic transformation across APAC finance, driving process standardisation, technology enablement and changes in ways of working to achieve a streamlined operating model.
The position requires close collaboration with Finance, Technology and Shared Services, ensuring successful adoption, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Job title: Finance Process, Systems & Change Manager (Contract)
The Finance Process, Systems & Change Manager is responsible for translating the APAC Finance transformation strategy into sustainable process, systems and adoption outcomes. The role leads Finance process optimisation, technology enablement and change management initiatives that support the delivery of the Finance operating model transformation agenda.
Working across Finance, Technology, Shared Services and business stakeholders, the role is accountable for process standardisation, systems implementation and optimisation, automation and AI-enabled improvements, and the successful adoption of new ways of working. The role ensures transformation initiatives are embedded into business-as-usual operations through effective stakeholder engagement, training, communications and continuous improvement.
