Job summary

EcoWorld is seeking an Executive, Finance to support accounting and treasury functions, prepare financial reports, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist with month-end closing. The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include processing AP/AR, journal entries, banking updates, and preparing closing reports. Basic knowledge of tax compliance and ERP tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with tax legislation, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable in line with policies and procedures.
• Review and update journal entries and reconcile GL.
• Review banking updates and process payments and banking transactions.
• Prepare monthly closing reports, cash flow reports, and group reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash movements.
