Job summary

Aafiyat Marketing Sdn. Bhd. invites a Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting and digital finance operations across sales invoices, AR reconciliations, tax calculations, and month-end closing.

The role also covers ad spend tracking, journal vouchers, AP ledgers, asset registers, WHT calculations, process improvements, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as AutoCount and ERP systems.
• Strong MS Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and process sales invoices across e-commerce platforms, including TikTok, Shopee and other relevant channels.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and perform related reconciliations.
• Reconcile promotional and free-item distributions.
• Update Daily Ads Spend Dashboards.
• Perform monthly credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare and post corresponding Journal Vouchers (JVs).
• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) ledgers.
• Update Fixed Asset Registers (FAR).
• Perform bi-monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) calculations and prepare supporting memos and Journal Vouchers.
• Prepare necessary supporting documentation and memo approvals.
• Support month-end operational closing activities.
• Assist with audit readiness by preparing schedules, ledger extractions and required documentation for internal and external auditors.
• Support the implementation of new finance tools and payment systems.
• Participate in process automation projects and cross-departmental transformation initiatives.
