Job summary

PwC Malaysia seeks a proactive Senior Associate to join Finance Operations within Internal Firm Services. You will own and manage critical I2C processes including billing, WIP and receivables, ensuring data integrity and timely transactions while upholding internal controls.

The role emphasizes process improvement, automation, and collaboration with regional and global teams to strengthen the firm’s financial backbone and support accurate billing and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualifications.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Excel; exposure to Power BI considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned areas within the I2C cycle (e.g. billing, WIP, receivables, time).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions and data.
• Maintain strong adherence to processes and internal controls.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
