Job summary

Standard Chartered Global Business Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Analyst to manage Finance Operation functions, including stamp duty, AR, FA and AP, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

You will support the business during peak periods and assist in month-end closing. You will monitor stamp duty processes, assist in vendor payments and reimbursements, perform journal postings and bank reconciliations, and work with GCFO and Country Finance to strengthen internal

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy & Finance.
At least 2 years’ experience in Multinational Corporation.
Experience in Finance Operations in an MNC.
Fluent in English & Malay.

Responsibilities

Monitor stamp duty process and ensure contracts are stamped on time.
Assist AR collection within agreed timelines and aging target.
Support fixed asset verifications and year-end close activities.
Guide vendor payments and employee expense claims processes; assist in vendor reconciliation.
