Ye Chiu Non-Ferrous Metal (M) Sdn Bhd is a growing aluminum alloy manufacturer in Malaysia seeking an Accounts and Finance Officer. You will process payments, manage banking, verify vouchers, and assist with monthly closings and year-end audit requests.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with excellent MS Office skills and integrity. Mandarin language ability is a plus. Immediate start is advantageous.

Qualifications

• LCCI or above / Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or equivalent.
• Computer literacy essential with knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude.
• High integrity and pleasant personality.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Able to fulfill corporate mission.

Responsibilities

• Process and update incoming funds and payments.
• Handle online payments, cheques, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and verify payment vouchers and receipt notes.
• Manage weekly petty cash claims, cash counts, and monthly closing forms.
• Prepare and submit Letter of Credit (LC) documents.
• Create and maintain bank codes.
• Prepare documents for yearly audit requests.
