Job summary

Kardex Southeast Asia is seeking a Finance Manager based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur to lead the finance function for Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. You will manage budgeting, financial reporting, tax, internal controls, and strategic business partnering with sales, marketing, and operations.

The role involves ensuring local compliance, coordinating with regional teams, and driving cash generation and cost optimization for the APAC region.

Qualifications

• University degree or professional qualification in Finance and Accounting.
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient with MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting, Finance, Admin and Payroll functions for Kardex SEA; partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Coordinate Finance support across SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand).
• Develop and control the annual operating budget to meet targets and comply with regulations.
• Partner with other functions to drive growth, profitability, cost optimization and cash generation.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance and HR teams and Kardex AutoStore Team.
