Job summary

Addiction Foods NZ Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (Individual Contributor) to support finance operations, reporting, controls, and business analysis.

The role requires SAP experience and the ability to read and write Chinese to support Greater China operations. The successful candidate will manage month-end close, prepare management accounts, conduct budgeting and variance analysis, and provide financial insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Solid experience in financial accounting, management reporting and analysis.
• SAP knowledge and experience.
• Must be able to read and write Chinese.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and review management accounts and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and policy compliance.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support decisions.
• Review AP, AR, GL, intercompany transactions.
• Support cash flow monitoring and working capital.
• Maintain strong financial controls and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents and service providers.
• Review Chinese-language financial documents.
