• Record daily financial transactions (journals, ledgers).
• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• Prepare journal entries and adjustments.
• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Issue customer invoices and track collections.
• Reconcile AP and AR balances.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Perform bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers as part of accounting operations.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including adjustments, accruals and accruals reversal.
• Process supplier invoices and payments in a timely manner and ensure accurate coding.
• Issue customer invoices and monitor collections to ensure cash flow.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances on a regular basis.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and communicate with customers as needed.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank activity to ensure accuracy.
