ATC Surface Finishing Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day finance operations and a six-person finance team in Penang. You will oversee timely closing, review P&L and balance sheet, and ensure accuracy across reporting packs.

You will manage cash and treasury activities, AR/AP and working capital, while strengthening internal controls and compliance with MFRS, SST and e-Invoice requirements. Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• CPA/MIA membership advantageous.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with supervisory duties; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, SST, e-Invoice and Malaysian compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; plus AI awareness.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily finance operations and manage the six-person team.
• Own month-end closing, review P&L and balance sheet, and ensure accuracy across reporting packs.
• Monitor cash, treasury activities and bank reconciliations; review accruals, prepayments and asset schedules.
• Supervise AR/AP, working capital oversight and supplier/intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness and internal controls; coordinate with Group FM and external advisers.
