Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• ACCA, CPA or MIA membership is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years in finance, accounting or auditing, with at least 3 years in management.
• Proven track record in financial planning & analysis, leadership, analytics and detail orientation.
• Proficient in financial systems and MS Office; Excel skills advantageous.
• Prior experience in financial institutions or hire purchase is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage & lead Group Reporting operations and drive decision-support improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and regulations.
• Interpret financial trends and provide business recommendations to senior management.
• Lead all financial reports (company and group) and review of financial statements.
• Act as primary liaison with auditors and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee Group internal and external audit engagements, ensuring scope, controls and responses are complete.
• Quality review & finalisation of AFS and Consolidation Note.
• Provide leadership to build a high-performance finance team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic projects.
