Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting and understanding of accounting standards.
• Experience operating SAP for transactional and month-end close.
• Strong business process understanding and strong controls.

• Minimum 7 years' experience, preferably in consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Manage all finance and accounting operations.
• Manage billing, A/R, A/P, cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue recognition.
• Cost control for supply chain operations.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements.
• Track weekly/monthly performance vs budget.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting preparation.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Provide analysis to support business decisions.

Position Overview

The Finance Manager oversees and manages the financial operation for Malaysia market. The role requires a meticulous and detail-oriented individual who can ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage all finance and accounting operation
• Manage accounting operation including : billing, A/R, A/P. Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Cost Control for supply chain Operation
• Manage standard cost and report every week
• Support month-end and year-end process
• Preparing and publishing monthly financial statement
• Tracking weekly/monthly business performance vs budget
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Ensure quality control over financial transaction and financial reporting
• Additional controller duties as neccessary including analysis for supporting the business

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, understand the accounting standard/principal
• Have understanding and able to operate SAP for operational transaction and month end closing.
• Have understanding in business process & strong in control
• Strong Analytical & presentation skill
• Experience for at least 7 years, preferable from consumer goods business
