Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan KELLY OCG Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain internal controls, and support strategic decisions to drive business growth.

The role requires leadership across finance teams and collaboration with stakeholders in multiple regions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting/finance, 5–7 years of experience with at least 2 years in a management role,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate finance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in accounting software, with experience using UBS Software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and professionalism.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders based in China and Taiwan, including in their local languages where required.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Accounting & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee accounting processes, including ledger management, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., MFRS/IFRS) and statutory regulations.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors, employees, and statutory authorities (EPF, SOCSO, taxes).
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with local taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits and ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting staff.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
• Strategic Support: Support management in business strategy, investment decisions, and financial risk management.
• Participate in financial modeling, cost analysis, and pricing strategies.

About The Role

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
