Job summary

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG) is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its FP&A team in Malaysia. This US-focused role supports planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, providing insights to guide strategic decisions and improve efficiency.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop automated reports, and leverage IBM TM1 and Board software alongside Excel and PowerPoint to enhance FP&A capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with IBM TM1 and Board is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports based on actual results and analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain IBM TM1 databases by entering, verifying, and reporting customer information.
• Increase productivity by developing automated applications and coordinating information requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology, including AI, to enhance FP&A capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with IBM TM1 and Board software is an added advantage.
