Job summary

TRITERRA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and strengthen the Group's core finance operations across its subsidiaries.

You will report to the CFO, driving reporting accuracy, cash-flow visibility, planning, governance and robust controls in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. The role requires 6+ years of progressive finance experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in financial modelling, group consolidation, budgeting and audit coordination.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience across accounting and finance with a strong track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the Group and subsidiaries.
• Review financial results, group consolidation and transaction treatment for completeness, accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Present clear management reports that highlight performance drivers, financial risks and opportunities requiring action.
• Lead the annual budget exercise and maintain rolling forecasts aligned with the Company's business priorities.
• Provide financial modelling, valuation and analysis to support management planning and decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend practical improvements that strengthen business performance.
• Maintain reliable cash-flow forecasts and ensure effective liquidity and banking management.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with banks, financial institutions and creditors.
• Ensure timely statutory reporting and submission of financial information to management and relevant authorities.
• Lead, coach and develop the Finance team with clear expectations, constructive guidance and accountability.

Job description

As Finance Manager, you will lead the Group's core finance operations across Triterra and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the CFO, you will strengthen reporting, cash-flow visibility, planning, governance and financial controls while providing clear insights that support management decisions. This role suits an experienced finance professional who is strategic yet hands-on, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, and motivated to build better systems, processes and team capability.

Key responsibilities

Lead accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the Group and its subsidiaries

Review financial results, group consolidation and transaction treatment for completeness, accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies

Present clear management reports that highlight performance drivers, financial risks and opportunities requiring action

Lead the annual budget exercise and maintain rolling forecasts aligned with the Company's business priorities

Provide financial modelling, valuation and analysis to support management planning and decision-making

Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend practical improvements that strengthen business performance

About you

A bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline

At least 6 years of progressive experience across accounting and finance, supported by a strong track record

Demonstrated experience leading a finance team while remaining close to operational details

Strong capability in financial reporting, group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, tax and audit coordination

Practical experience in financial modelling, valuation and commercial analysis

Confidence working with accounting systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in property development, or another project-based and capital-intensive environment, will be a strong advantage

Strong written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage
