Finance Manager to oversee timely, accurate financial reporting and governance across the finance function. You will lead month-end closes, analyze variances, manage taxation, and support audits while driving transition to an advanced accounting system. Reporting to Head of Finance, you will strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance with BNM/IRB and IFRS/MFRS standards, and contribute to strategic

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent, professional qualification preferred.
• 5–10 years in finance/accounting, with 3+ years in supervision.
• Sound knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and taxation.
• SAP or ERP accounting systems experience.
• Prior external audit experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive team player, deadline-driven, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial and management reports.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage taxation matters and tax submissions.
• Prepare statutory/regulatory reports to BNM, CCM, Group, and AFS.
• Cashflow and treasury management including forecasts.
• Support internal and external audits and governance.
• Drive process improvements and financial transformation projects.
• Assist in preparing Board papers and materials.
