Job summary

AnyMind Malaysia is seeking a finance leader to own the end-to-end finance function for the Malaysian entities. You will lead the local finance team, supervise AP/AR, billing, and payments, and ensure timely month-end close with accurate reporting.

You will coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audits and tax matters, ensuring compliance with Malaysian standards. The role requires 5–8 years of accounting experience and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent preferred).
• 5–8 years of accounting experience, including full-set accounts and month-end close.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax (CIT, SST, WHT) and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance processes for Malaysia entities including AP/AR, billing, payments, and collections.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close with variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audits and tax matters.
• Lead and develop the Malaysia Finance team and partner with Regional & Group Finance on projects.
