Job summary

FamilyMart Malaysia offers a Finance - Accounts internship starting in Oct 2026. You will enter daily invoices and credit notes into the system and support AR activities, gaining hands-on experience in accounting processes within the finance team of a retail group in Shah Alam.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business, can communicate well, work independently, and have a basic proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business with focus on Accountancy.
• Internship period must be at least 3 months.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently required.

Responsibilities

• Key in daily invoices and credit notes into the system.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as filing and matching invoices to PVs.
• AR duties including daily sales reconciliation.
• Carry out other ad hoc accounting tasks as needed.
