Job summary

Sunway Property in Malaysia is offering a Finance internship to support general ledger closing, account reconciliations, audit schedules and other finance activities in a dynamic corporate environment.

You will coordinate with internal departments to gather data, maintain accurate records and learn strata accounting practices, with a 6-month internship starting from November 2026. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, good communication, and a proactive approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial data for reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with strata accounting practices.
• Ensure compliance with controls, policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Prepare audit schedules and perform account reconciliations.
• Take on other finance-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
