Job summary

Kian Hardware in Selangor is seeking an accounting/finance undergraduate for an internship. You will assist in routine financial tasks, coordinate transactions, and help maintain accurate records in a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates are punctual with a good attitude and possess strong communication skills. Location offers free parking and a phone subsidy as part of the internship package.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in coordination and execution of authorized financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoices, receipts, etc.
• Find solutions to discrepancies by working with other employees and correcting any erroneous information or calculations.
• Direct the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and payments, income and expenditures.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as filling, organizing paperwork, soft files and maintain good filing records.
• Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data.

Education

Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting or Finance

Good communication & interpersonal skills
