Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Subang Jaya invites motivated students for a Finance Intern position. You will gain hands-on exposure to Accounts Receivable, credit control, customer account maintenance, and payment monitoring in a fast-paced setting.

The role targets students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, with good English and Excel skills, and a willingness to learn and support routine finance tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or accounts receivable processes is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good sense of urgency.
• Willing to learn and handle routine administrative and finance tasks.
• Good communication such as proficient in English and follow‑up skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining customer master data, billing details, and tax information.
• Support invoice and e-invoice issue checking and follow‑up.
• Assist in monitoring overdue accounts and outstanding receivables.
• Support COD payment tracking, reporting, and payment allocation.
• Check bank statements and match payments with records.
• Assist in cheque handling, banking, and collection coordination.
• Support refund and contra request processing with the AP team.
• Help maintain accurate finance records and provide admin support.
