Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity in Malaysia is offering a Finance Intern position for a 3-month tenure. The role involves setting up an organized finance filing system for the new office, following up on pending invoices, and assisting with IT asset tagging and basic administrative tasks.

You will work under the Finance team to support ad hoc duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks while gaining hands-on exposure to corporate finance processes in a cybersecurity-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining a proper and organized finance filing system for the new office, including organizing existing documents and ensuring invoices, billing documents and other supporting records are filed systematically for easy retrieval.
• Follow up with Account Managers / Sales team on pending or unbilled invoices and required supporting documents.
• E-invoice - self bill and etc.
• Assist in checking IT assets located in common areas and ensure each asset is properly identified and tagged accordingly.
• Support the Senior Finance Executive with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
