Job summary

Ensign Infosecurity in Malaysia is offering a Finance Intern position for a 3-month term in the Finance department. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining an organized finance filing system and supporting day-to-day financial activities.

You will follow up with Account Managers on pending or unbilled invoices, assist with IT asset tagging, and help with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a proper and organized finance filing system for the new office, including organizing documents and ensuring invoices, billing documents and other supporting records are filed systematically for easy retrieval.
• Follow up with Account Managers / Sales team on pending or unbilled invoices and required supporting documents.
• E-invoice - self bill and etc
• Assist in checking IT assets located in common areas and ensure each asset is properly identified and tagged accordingly.
• Support the Senior Finance Executive with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
