Job summary

Hello Health Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Intern to support the regional Finance team in daily accounting and operations for multiple countries. The role offers hands‑on exposure in a regional shared services environment and opportunities to learn real finance processes beyond textbooks.

Current students or recent graduates in Accounting or Finance, with English fluency and a proactive mindset, are encouraged to apply. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Willing to self-learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic financial reporting and summaries.
• Support account reconciliation, including bank and GL.
• Assist Accounts Payable: invoices, payments and filing.
• Assist Accounts Receivable: invoicing and payment tracking.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Support monthly closing across multiple countries.

As a Finance Intern, you will support the regional Finance team in handling daily accounting and finance operations for multiple countries within the group. This role is designed to give you hands‑on exposure to real finance processes in a regional shared services environment.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries

Support account reconciliation, including bank accounts and general ledger

Assist Accounts Payable tasks such as checking invoices, preparing payment documents and filing

Assist Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing and payment tracking

Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits

Support daily finance operations and month‑end closing activities for multiple countries

Who we're looking for:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Willing and able to self‑learn

Proactive attitude, curiosity and strong learning ability

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Detail‑oriented, responsible and committed to completing assigned tasks

Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Able to start work immediately
