Jora Malaysia is inviting a finance intern to assist with daily financial operations. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and supporting month-end and year-end reporting.
The role also involves preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and basic financial analysis, with exposure to audit preparation and compliance documentation. You will work closely with the finance team and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Assist with daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
Help prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Conduct basic financial analysis and prepare summary reports
Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
Perform ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, UBS) is an added advantage
Able to read and write in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and sensitive with numbers
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willing to learn and able to work independently
