Job summary

Hello Health Group is seeking a Finance Intern to support the regional Finance team across multiple countries. You will gain hands-on exposure to daily accounting and finance operations in a regional shared services environment.

The role involves assisting with basic financial reports, reconciliations, AP/AR tasks, and month-end closing. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, with English fluency and a proactive,

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries

Job description

As a Finance Intern, you will support the regional Finance team in handling daily accounting and finance operations for multiple countries within the group. This role is designed to give you hands-on exposure to real finance processes in a regional shared services environment.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries

Support account reconciliation, including bank accounts and general ledger

Assist Accounts Payable tasks such as checking invoices, preparing payment documents and filing

Assist Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing and payment tracking

Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits

Support daily finance operations and month-end closing activities for multiple countries

Who we're looking for:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Willing and able to self-learn

Proactive attitude, curiosity and strong learning ability

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to completing assigned tasks

Fluency in English (written and verbal)
