Job summary

Carsome Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance Group Reporting to support the group consolidation, management, and statutory reporting, and to drive improvements across the reporting cycle. You will consolidate financial results from multiple entities, perform intercompany eliminations, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual packs for management and statutory purposes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred), 4–6 years’ accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; professional qualification preferred.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience with exposure to audit, statutory reporting, consolidation, or record-to-report functions.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, consolidation concepts, and IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.
• Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the consolidation of financial results from multiple business units and legal entities across the group.
• Perform consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliation checks.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing consolidation templates, schedules, and working files.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports, schedules, and analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and reasonableness checks on consolidated results.
• Assist in system enhancements, ERP data extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
