Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoices, and journal entries, while maintaining detailed GL records for all entities.

You will handle AP/AR, month-end closings, and basic management reporting across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with

Competenze

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; AutoCount cloud accounting is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Handle daily accounting activities including data entry, invoice processing, and journal entries.
• Maintain general ledger records for all entities; prepare payment vouchers and staff/customer billings.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, follow up on aging and verify billings with Sales/Operations.
• Assist month-end closing activities including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
• Support revenue recognition for contract-based billings and maintain project billing trackers.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations; assist with basic management reports.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance (SST, WHT) across multiple countries.
• Contribute to process improvements, SOPs, and system enhancements.
