Kaya Rasa Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an accounting professional to manage the company’s daily accounting entries, vouchers, and general ledger processes in Penang. The role involves cost accounting for production, cost control, and preparing management reports to aid financial decision-making.

Applicants will support internal and external audits, assist in group consolidations, and ensure accurate financial data across monthly close cycles.

Qualifications

• Review original vouchers and prepare daily accounting entries.
• Complete general ledger accounting, current account reconciliation, and account closing.
• Cooperate with internal and external audits and provide relevant accounting materials.

Responsibilities

• Review original vouchers and prepare daily accounting entries
• Complete general ledger accounting, current account reconciliation, and account closing
• Conduct factory production cost accounting, accurately collecting raw material costs, production expenses, and manufacturing overheads
• Perform cost structure analysis, cost variance tracking, and cost control
• Review, record, and reconcile vendor invoices
• Prepare company single financial statements and internal management reports
• Assist Finance Manager in completing group statement consolidation and data sorting
• Sort, bind, and maintain accounting vouchers, books, financial statements, and other files
• Cooperate with internal and external audits and provide relevant accounting materials
• Cooperate with Tax Accountant to provide basic accounting data and complete other accounting and data statistics work assigned by Finance Manager
