Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive-Finance based in Meru, Klang to support finance operations including AP/AR, treasury, costing and management accounting analyses. You will assist in month-end closing and coordinate with auditors to prepare tax schedules.

The role also involves stock counts, variance checks, and contributing to ad hoc tasks as required. Strong Excel and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Good problem solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and able to cope with stress and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in AP, AR, Treasuries and other finance sections.
• Support costing and management accounting analysis to aid decisions.
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and prepare tax schedules.
• Assist superiors with ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Monitor monthly stock counts and ensure proper accounting and variance checks.
