Job summary

ONG&ONG 360 Consultancy Sdn Bhd invites a finance professional to cover a 9-month maternity leave replacement in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage the full set of accounts, prepare local and overseas accounts, and ensure timely management reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or professional certification with a minimum of 3 years accounting experience.

• Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Certification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare local and overseas accounts.
• Plan and ensure timely preparation of Management Reports.
• Perform Financial and Cost Analysis and Management Reporting.
• Analyze Financial Data – extract and define relevant information.
• Undertake various account reconciliations and resolve issues.
• Maintain finance department documentation and administration.
• Assist in audit, tax and other statutory compliance matters.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Contract Duration: 9 months (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Able to handle full set of accounts.

Prepare local and overseas accounts.

Plan and ensure timely preparation of Management Reports.

Perform Financial and Cost Analysis and Management Reporting.

Analysis of Financial Data – extracting and defining relevant Information.

Undertake various account reconciliation activities and resolve account related issues.

Responsible for all finance department documentation and administration.

Assist in audit, tax and other statutory compliance matter.

Perform ac-hoc tasks as required from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Certification.

At least 3 years of working experience in accounting field is required for this position.
