Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd. (DMSS) invites applications for an Accounts Payable/Finance role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will handle petty cash, vendor invoices, journal entries and payments within the finance team.

The ideal candidate has a Finance degree, SAP experience, and strong MS Office skills. 2–5 years in AP or finance operations and good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication are preferred.

• Degree in Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Handle HQ petty cash claim.
• Monthly staff claim reimbursement (branches).
• Monthly Journal entry.
• Custom duty payment.
• Monthly rental / income tax / statutory payment.
• Monthly stock take reconciliation.
• Update monthly prepayment, equipment leasing worksheet.
• Employee Claims Administration.
• Utilities Payment Management.
• Vendor Invoice and Payment Processing.
• Document Management and Compliance.
• Intercompany Reconciliation.
• GRIR Account Management.
• Self-Billed Invoice Management.
• Advance and Deposit Payment Monitoring.
• Vendor Invoice Processing and E-Invoice Monitoring.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior.

Minimum qualification of a Degree in Finance or other related field.

Knowledge and experience in using SAP systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations.
• Independent, self motivated, positive attitude and committed to achieve team goals
• Good interpersonal & communications skills ; able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Highly self-motivated, solution provider, outgoing and sporting personality.
