Job summary

Asia Recruit in Malaysia is seeking Japanese & Korean speaking professionals for OTC and AR roles. You will manage orders, invoicing, follow-ups, and account reconciliations to ensure timely payments, while handling customer accounts and collections for AR processes.

Ideal candidates have strong language skills in Korean or Japanese, with relevant experience. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and visa sponsorship options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean or Japanese is required for order-to-cash and accounts receivable tasks.
• Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams in Korean or Japanese is essential.
• Relevant language certifications (TOPIK for Korean, JLPT for Japanese) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• OTC (Order-to-Cash): Manage orders, invoicing, follow-up, and reconciliation to ensure timely collections.
• AR (Accounts Receivable): Handle customer accounts, invoicing, payment allocation, reconciliation, and collections.
